## What the official page does NOT publish
The following fields are deliberately not published on the official directory page. Each JP person page must either source them elsewhere or carry an explicit gap-disclosure:
- **Geographic / neighborhood description** of each district. The 5/26/2026 LRPP organizing message lists neighborhood-level coverage per district (Chenal, Pinnacle, Heights, SWLR, etc.), but the LRPP attribution is not Tier-2 evidence. A separate Tier-2 source (county redistricting map, Pulaski County GIS) is required to anchor neighborhood claims.
- **Party affiliation** of each JP. Not disclosed officially. Ballotpedia and the Arkansas Secretary of State's candidate-filing records (Tier-3 / Tier-2 respectively) carry partisan-primary filings that anchor party at filing time.
- **Phone numbers** for District 5 (Person), District 10 (Young-Baker), and District 12 (McCoy).
- **Photos** of JPs.
- **Biographical content** (other than the page header).
- **Past or scheduled vote records.**
## Cross-reference to the 2026-05-26 Quorum Court vote on a data-center moratorium
The directory page does not document votes. The 2026-05-26 vote on a one-year data-center moratorium with an AVAIO carve-out was reported as passed by Arkansas Times on 2026-05-27 and corrected on 2026-05-28 by an editor's note ([archive](../arktimes.com/2026-05-27-pulaski-county-data-center-moratorium.md)) after the County Clerk informed the media that the votes had been miscounted and the moratorium did not actually pass. No individual JP roll-call positions are publicly available as of 2026-05-28. An Arkansas FOIA to County Clerk Terri Hollingsworth for the certified 2026-05-26 meeting minutes and roll-call sheet is the established path to Tier-1 anchoring.
