The search was seeded by the recorded-instrument numbers transcribed from the OCR'd [[AVAIO Project Leo Large Site-Plan Package|AVAIO ALTA/NSPS survey]] (`064567705-AVAIO Arkansas_ALTA_20241101_signed.pdf`, in the county planning production).

## What the record shows (and does not)
1. **The 296.354-acre core campus traces to Arnett Construction Company, Inc.** (Cabot, AR), which assembled it from the **Tucker** family and the **Fulbright/Foote/Winnacker** trust on 2000-05-22 (cluster 2000034992–96), added a **7.39-acre tract for $70,000** in 2024 (2024019470), and revoked the 1912 **Vesta Addition** plat in 2025 (Inst. 2025064154; reversion-to-acreage completed by County Court order, [[Vesta Addition Reversion to Acreage|Judge Barry Hyde, 2026-05-26]]). The [[AVAIO Project Leo Large Site-Plan Package|ALTA survey]] is certified **to "AVAIO Digital Partners II, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company" AND "Arnett Construction Company, Inc."** (and the title insurer).
