# 2026-03 APSC Suspends Entergy's Proposed Rates
On 2026-03-20, on the motion of its [[APSC General Staff]], the [[Arkansas Public Service Commission]] suspended the rates and tariffs [[Entergy Arkansas]] had filed in its base rate case. Administrative Law Judge [[N. Wesley Hunt]] issued [[Order No. 4 Suspending Entergy's Rates|Order No. 4]] under Ark. Code Ann. § 23-4-407(a) and directed the parties to propose a procedural schedule including two public comment hearings before the evidentiary hearing.
