# DC Devco DC Devco LLC is the announced developer of the **Project Pulse** hyperscale data-center campus on the Gum Springs mega-site in Clark County, Arkansas. One of the six Arkansas data-center sites under investigation. ## Roles in this corpus - Identified at the seed level in [`index.md`](../../index.md) as the "buyer of the Gum Springs (Clark County) mega-site for the 'Project Pulse' data center." - Listed in [`AGENTS.md`](../../AGENTS.md), line 42, among the six tracked Arkansas data-center sites: **DC Devco "Project Pulse" — Clark County (Gum Springs mega-site)**. - The corpus's first hard public-record evidence of DC Devco-related infrastructure is in Schedule B-8 of Doc. 47 in Docket 26-001-U: three Gum Springs transmission CWIP line items (Land Acquisition; Bld 115kV SS; Bld 115kV SwSub). The CWIP entries name the site, not DC Devco directly. See Project Pulse for the full record. ## Notes Seed page. No FOIA production has yet returned records on DC Devco itself. The developer is a private LLC; its corporate parentage, the Project Pulse megawatt commitment, and any special rate contract terms with Entergy Arkansas are not in the corpus. Project Pulse does not appear in the GAJA Rider as a named driver — the Pulse load is either being baked into the standard rate classes in this rate case, or served under an SRC that has not yet been ingested. The Arkansas Economic Development Commission response (FOIA filed 2026-05-19, outstanding as of 2026-05-24) is expected to be the first source to return DC Devco-specific records.
