# LPHLDS Order No. 7 — Tariff Approval (Rate Schedule No. 69) The Commission's 9-page final order approving the Large Power High Load Density Service (LPHLDS) tariff as Rate Schedule No. 69. "The Commission finds that EAL's proposed LPHLDS tariff does not unduly discriminate, is just and reasonable, is in the public interest and is therefore approved, along with the corresponding tariff revisions proposed by EAL witness [[Matthew S. Klucher|Klucher]] in his Direct Exhibit MSK-2. EAL is granted an exemption from GSR Rule 4.0.1.B and may collect a three-month deposit from customers taking service under the LPHLDS tariff.
